Marligen’s transcription factor assay technology utilizes a strategy similar to nuclease protection assays featuring DNA binding probes:

• For known transcription factor sites, our scientists can mine transcription factor databases to determine binding probes with the greatest affinity and specificity for your needs.
• If you have a proprietary DNA binding site(s), we can develop assays that utilize your specific sequence or sequences

Development of Custom Multiplex Panels from Marligen’s Existing Assay Portfolio

• Marligen has developed more than 50 transcription factor assays that can be multiplexed using Luminex’s xMAP® platform. We can custom mix any or all of these individual assays to make a custom panel to meet your research needs.
