cDNA Library Construction Services, High quality size fractionated cDNA, Directionally cloned cDNA

Marligen will construct cDNA libraries for you from the tissues, cells, or RNA that you provide. We can also purify total RNA or mRNA from your tissues as well as offer cDNA library amplification.

Libraries feature:

High quality size fractionated cDNA
Directionally cloned cDNA for a wide range of applications including expression, antibody screening, subtraction, and normalization
Large numbers of primary clones
Low vector background

Our libraries are produced using an oligo dT primer-adapter and Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus Reverse Transcriptase (M-MLV RT) to prime and synthesize first strand cDNA from mRNA. After the second strand is synthesized, the double stranded cDNA is size fractionated, directionally cloned into our Express 1 vector, and transformed into T1 phage resistant E.coli. Turn Around

Turnaround time for standard and large-insert libraries is 6-8 weeks and 8-10 weeks for normalized or subtracted libraries. Your custom cDNA Library will be provided to you with a Certificate of Analysis.
