Signet™ Custom-Mixed Genotyping Panels

technical notes faqs

Marligen’s Signet™ Genotyping Panels are specific multiplexes that detect polymorphisms and gene variants associated with a variety of health and nutritional conditions including heart and bone health, insulin sensitivity, inflammation, obesity and Alzheimer’s disease. These assays have application in nutrigenomics, pharmacogenomics, and toxicogenomics. Download the full list of panels.

Individual assays in Signet™ genotyping panels can be configured into custom-mixed Genotyping Panels. For example, ten SNPs from five different panels can be reconfigured into a single customized panel. Choose as many assays as you like from the full assay list and send the list to Marligen for a custom quotation. Once you have chosen your SNPs or variants, Marligen scientists will reconfigure the panels to your specifications, manufacture reagents, validate performance, and send you a complete package ready for use.

All of Marligen Signet™ Genotyping Assays are configured to be used in conjunction with the Luminex™ xMAP System for multiplexed analysis. For researchers interested in trying out our assays but do not have access to the Luminex instrumentation or who would prefer to outsource the work, our experienced technical staff also performs Testing Services.

Please inquire for adaptation for use on other platforms.
