Marligen’s DNA Mass Ladders are designed for accurate estimation of
the size and quantity of double-stranded DNA fragments following electrophoresis.
The DNA Mass Ladders are conveniently supplied in loading buffer for direct
application to either TAE or TBE agarose gels. The Broad Range DNA Mass Ladder
contain 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000,
8000 and 12000 base pair fragments. The PCR Mass Ladder contain 100, 300,
500, 700, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 base pair fragments. Read
