These kits utilize a powerful proprietary anion exchange resin offering purity equal to twice-banded CsCl preps in a fraction of the time. They yield DNA that is free of endotoxin without the inconvenience of extra steps or additional cost. They are available in a range of scales from minipreps through gigapreps.

When cost-effectiveness, speed and convenience are your most important selection criteria, we recommend using our PowerPrep™ Express Plasmid Purification Kits, which employ silica membranes or resins.
