To obtain DNA suitable for even the most demanding applications we offer PowerPrep™ HP Plasmid Purification Kits for purifying plasmids and other vectors and viral DNAs. These kits utilize a powerful proprietary anion exchange resin offering purity equal to twice-banded CsCl preps in a fraction of the time. They yield DNA that is free of endotoxin without the inconvenience of extra steps or additional cost. They are available in a range of scales from minipreps through gigapreps.

When cost-effectiveness, speed and convenience are your most important selection criteria, we recommend using our PowerPrep™ Express Plasmid Purification Kits, which employ silica membranes or resins. Products for purifying plasmids are offered in a variety of scales from minipreps to maxipreps as well as in a variety of kit sizes to meet your needs and your budget.

Our Total RNA kit purifies all sizes of RNA, from large mRNA and ribosomal RNA down to microRNA and small interfering RNA (siRNA). Marligen’s microRNA Purification Kit specifically isolates and purifies low molecular weight (LMW) RNAs that include the regulatory RNAs such as microRNA and siRNA.
