Marligen’s Chemiluminescent Transcription Factor Microplate Assays allow researchers to quantitate the DNA binding activity of transcription factors in nuclear extracts prepared from cultured cells and are designed to be used in combination with Marligen’s Nuclear Extraction Kit to ensure optimal performance.
