To detect the activation of a single transcription factor or nuclear receptor, Marligen offers Transcription Factor Microplate Assays in a convenient 96-well format.  These kits offer superior sensitivity and dynamic range, excellent reproducibility and a simple, rapid protocol.

In addition, optimized kits for sample preparation as well as protein and nuclear extract controls are available for use with Marligen’s Transcription Factor Assays. Marligen also offers a range of biochemical and biological reagents. They include purified transcription factor proteins, antibodies to transcription factors, inhibitors and activators of transcription factors.
