1. The sequences and nomenclature of the mature microRNAs are extracted
from The miRBase Sequence Database version 14, released in September 2009,
in Sanger Institute in UK (miRBase).
2. All of the microRNAs detected by the Vantage™ Detection
Panels are designated by human sequence nomenclature. Download
full list of Vantage™ microRNA Detection Panels above to obtain homology
with mouse and rat. For other species, please contact us.
3. All detection panels include an normalization control. Bead 49 detects 5.8S RNA that is ubiquitously expressed in mammalian cells. A signal of 5000-10000 MFI is typically observed when using 500 – 1000 ng of high quality (RIN >8) total RNA.
