Vantage™ Total RNA Purification

Marligen’s Total RNA Purification Kit extracts and purifies total RNA from cultured cells, small tissue samples, blood, bacteria, yeast, fungi, plants and nasal or throat swabs.

Vantage™ microRNA Purification Kit

Marligen’s Vantage™ microRNA Purification Kit isolates and purifies Low Molecular Weight (LMW) RNA molecules (< 200 nt) from cultured cells, small tissue samples, bacterial cells, plants and blood.

Advantages:

• Isolates all species of LMW RNAs including miRNA, siRNA, tRNA and 5S RNA
• 2-step column process allows for the rapid isolation of LMW RNAs (<30 minutes) without contamination of large RNA species or genomic DNA
• Purified RNA is suitable for a wide variety of downstream applications relating to gene regulation and functional analysis including expression profiling
